Can I cancel my order?

Indeed, you can, if the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but when the representative calls to deliver the order, you can refuse the receipt. If the order has been received, a return request can be created according to My Medical’s retrieval policy.

Want a refund that order I've already paid?

Within 24 hours if you cancel your order, the amount will be refunded depending on the payment method that you used. If you refuse to receive the order, the amount will be refunded after updating the order due to refusal to receive it within 48 hours, with the shipping cost deducted.

The order has shipped but I still want to cancel it

If your order has been shipped, don't worry, once you are contacted by our delivery representative, please refuse to receive the shipped order.

How to view my order?

To view your purchases, log in to your account on My Medical, click on the word My order on the right of the page, and by this it is assumed that all the orders that you made with My Medical will be displayed.

No request has been made yet the credit card fee has been deducted?

If a fee was deducted from your credit card while purchasing from My Medical without receiving the order confirmation, please view the summary of your My Medical account transactions to see whether the order amount has been deposited as a balance in My Medical wallet or not.

Missing items from my purchases

Please check the shipment comprehensively to find out if there is a lost or damaged item so that My Medical can find it. If not, you can return the products and get a refund.

If you want to return the product because it is not as described or is of poor quality

If the product is already used or not as described on the My Medical platform, you can make a refund request for the amount paid within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If the product is counterfeit

If you believe that the product you have received is counterfeit, subject to the conditions of return according to the My Medical platform within 14 days of the delivery and after the product is verified and evaluated, we will refund the full amount paid.

The order will be delivered on the specified date after completing the purchase.

How do I track my shipment?

Tracking the shipment with My Medical is a simple matter, you can use the link sent to you via the registered email address to track the location of your order currently. You can also log into your My Medical account to track your order and write down the order number, and the product details will be shown to you.

What if other shipping charges are added?

With My Medical, there are no additional fees, so you must review the purchase page and shipping fees before clicking to complete the purchase. If the freight representative asks for additional charges not mentioned in the invoice, customer service must be contacted immediately.

Shipping and delivery from My Medical

My Medical delivers all over the country. Orders are delivered during business hours from 9 am to 5 pm, from Saturday to Thursday.

Shipping fees depend on the total of the purchasing customer in terms of the number of products, weight, shipping speed required and place of delivery.

My Medical provides the full shipping cost upon completing the purchase. Also, when you purchase a certain amount, you will enjoy free shipping.

Manage my account

I do not have a bank account to transfer the balance of My Medical account, what should I do?

You can use it to complete a new order, or you can choose to add your friend or relative's bank account details and proceed with the withdrawal process.

I have a balance in my medical account, it was not deducted when I chose to pay on a receipt?

If this happens, you can contact support to provide assistance.

Can I cancel an order whose value has already been paid by credit card and return the amount to My Medical account?

If a cancellation request is made after the shipment number has been generated, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used

If the seller does not confirm the order, you can request a cancellation and get the refund amount to your My Medical account.

Is it possible to use a prepaid credit card while completing the order?

Yes, you can use a prepaid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) to pay the remaining amount.

Can money be transferred from my credit card to My Medical account?

Yes, this can be done through the My Medical e-wallet service. Through it, you can recharge your account balance on My Medical with the payment methods available for this service. Also, if you have funds in your account balance with My Medic, you can use it to purchase goods, lure a withdrawal to your bank account.

Confirm mobile number

When you log in to your My Medical account, if you do not have any saved addresses or have a saved address with the mobile number and it has not been verified, you will be notified through a message that appears on the screen to prompt you to confirm your mobile phone number to improve the level of service.

Available Balance: This section displays the amount available in the My Medical wallet, which can be used to purchase any product from My Medical or can be transferred to any bank account by clicking on Withdraw.
